With meat production expected to double by 2050 and methane from cows contributing a sizeable chunk of GHG emissions, long-term global solution to climate change will have to address livestock. And that could include lab-grown meat.  Artificial pork, derived from pig cells, is now being tested, and early tasters report it as being a bit soggy.
